Level of operation and management. By establishing advanced preventive maintenance and maintenance measures, we have strengthened refined operation management, which has greatly improved the stable operation capability of Wang Xiaoying's sewage treatment plant. Since 2007, the average sewage treatment capacity of Wang Xiaoying Sewage Treatment Plant has reached a high load operation of 320,000 tons / day. Despite the daily overload operation for many years, due to excellent equipment management and operation management, most of the effluent indicators of Wang Xiaoying Sewage Treatment Plant are far below the effluent indicators required by the government in the concession agreement. In 2013, we invested another 300 million yuan to strengthen the biochemical treatment capacity of the original equipment, renovated the oxidation ditch, and built a new denitrification filter, further chemical dephosphorization, ultraviolet disinfection, so that the effluent reached the "surface water environmental quality standards" "(GB3838-2002) Class IV standards, part of the effluent is treated with ozone and discharged into the Huancheng River as the make-up water of the water body landscape, which is the first sewage discharge in the country to reach the surface class IV water quality (total nitrogen 5mg / l) project. In 2017, the project received a 7-year extension of the concession period.
